Sesame Street in your living room on Christmas!

Sesame Street has been a staple in my life since I was a child. I can't imagine not growing up with Cookie Monster, The Count, and Oscar. Combine the joy of Sesame Street with quite possibly one of the best toys for children there are, blocks, you have a winner. K'nex's new Sesame Street Neighborhood building sets are really fabulous! You can build your own little mini Sesame Street neighborhood and little ones can get in the action with characters like Elmo and Cookie Monster!

We received a Neighborhood Collection 123 Brownstone Building Set. Included is enough blocks to make a really cute flat sided yellow brownstone house, appropriately labeled with house number 123, two little trees, a fire hydrant, Elmo and Cookie Monster. My favorite part about the entire set is it looks like Bert is looking at you from the upstairs window! You can build the house as pictured or build whatever you can think of with the blocks included and of course they are compatible with other kid K'nex building sets!

Knex is also sponsoring a K’NEXion Video Contest for those of you with personal websites. Just make a video of your child's awesome K'Nex building skills and post them online to your blog or website by December 7th. Then email your name, email address, phone number, and a link to your video online to knexvideocontest@knex.com. Videos must be at least 30 seconds long and no longer than 3 minutes. You can feature either the K'nex Sesame Street Building sets or the 400 pc tub in your video. One winner will win 1,000 dollars worth of K'nex products!

Visit the K'nex website for more information and you can also pick up your own K'nex Neighboorhood Collection set on their website or on Amazon!

Disclosure : I was given my K'nex 123 Brownstone Building Set for review from Team Mom! Thanks Team Mom! As with all my reviews my views and opinions are my own and I am not compensated or influenced in my opinions.
